No Pennsylvania photos won the 2021 Chesapeake Bay Foundation Save The Bay Photo Contest.

Two Pennsylvania photos did make it into the Viewers’ Choice voting round--

-- Green Heron and Unwilling snack at Wildwood Park, Harrisburg, Dauphin County by Dana Zane

-- Shocks Mill Bridge on Susquehanna River At Marietta, Lancaster County, by Anya Mullin

The last photo from Pennsylvania won in 2013.

[Note: Half the land area of Pennsylvania drains into the Bay watershed and the Susquehanna River provides 90 percent of the freshwater to the Bay.  And without Pennsylvania’s significant investment to clean up our rivers and streams, the water quality of the Chesapeake Bay cannot be restored.  Just saying…..]
