The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 8 PA Bulletin extending the NPDES Water Quality General Permit for Discharges from Small Flow Treatment Facilities.

DEP published notice in the May 8 PA Bulletin extending the NPDES Water Quality General Permit for Wet Weather Overflow Discharges from Combined Sewer Systems.
