Regulations -----------------------

On May 20, the Independent Regulatory Review Commission approved the Environmental Quality Boards’ final Chapter 91 & 92 Water Quality permit fee increases.  Read more here.

The Public Utility Commission published notice in the May 22 PA Bulletin of the final implementation order relating to Act 114 establishing geographical limits on energy resources in Tier II of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards.

The PUC published notice in the May 22 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on lifting the  Energy Supplier Door-To-Door and In-Person Marketing Moratorium Order.

The PUC published notice in the May 22 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on a proposed settlement with PECO for improper electric service terminations.

Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the May 22 PA Bulletin of proposed additions to the List of Wild Trout Streams and proposed changes to the List of Class A Wild Trout Waters for public comment.

Permits -----------

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the May 22 PA Bulletin relating to--

-- Water use registrations under the Grandfathering Registration Notice

-- Projects approved for consumptive water use in April

-- Formal notice of June 17 Commission business meeting

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published notice in the May 22 PA Bulletin of a proposed property exchange with the Bureau of Forestry and the Emporium Water Company in Portage Township, Cameron County.

The exchange would involve exchanging 3.98 acres owned by the Emporium Water Company for an 8.35 acre parcel in Elk State Forest.

DCNR is accepting public comments on the proposed exchange for 30 days.
