DEP Invites Comments On TMDL Water Quality Plan For Laurel Hill Creek Watershed, Somerset County

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice in the May 29 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plan for the Laurel Hill Creek subwatershed in Somerset County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3056).

Water quality monitoring shows the stream is impaired by agricultural runoff.
