Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

The state Board of Education published notice in the June 5 PA Bulletin asking for comment on proposed education standards that eliminate the current Environment, Ecology and Agriculture Education Standards in K-12 education.

The PA Association of Environmental Education issued a call to educators across Pennsylvania in January to help restore the Environment, Ecology and Agriculture Education Standards so they apply across K-12 education.  Read more here.

Pennsylvania Bulletin - June 5, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and DEP published a notice in June 5 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the Intended Use Plans for the Clean Water and Drinking Water Revolving Fund Programs.  Read more here.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 5 PA Bulletin renewing Municipal Waste General Permit WMGR096 through June 2022. The permit authorizes beneficial use of regulated fill as a construction material.

DEP published notice in the June 5 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed changes to Residual Waste General Permit WMGR096 authorizing beneficial use of regulated fill as a construction material.
