Environmental Quality Board Meets Sept. 21 To Consider Air Quality, Hazardous Waste Regulations, Other Items

The Environmental Quality Board is scheduled to meet in-person and virtually on September 21 to consider air quality, hazardous waste and other agenda items.

Included on the agenda are--

-- Rulemaking petition to redesignate Angelica Creek, Berks County to Exceptional Value

-- Proposed VOC regulations for shipbuilding and repair and large petroleum dry cleaners

-- Proposed regulations excluding waste from MAX Environmental Technologies Bulger and Yukon facilities from hazardous waste listings
