The Department of Environmental Protection, Independent Regulatory Review Commission and the State Conservation Commission all published notices related to regulation changes this week. Here’s the rundown…

· The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of a proposed revision to the Franklin County Ozone Nonattainment Plan and set a public hearing.

· The Independent Regulatory Review Commission published notice of its comments on DEP’s mercury emissions control regulation and a notice saying the Commission will consider DEP’s California Car Vehicle Emissions Standards at their November 2 meeting.

· The State Conservation Commission published a notice making corrections to its final nutrient management regulations.
