-- The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published a notice in the October 2 PA Bulletin of a proposed Bureau of Forestry land exchange in Clinton and Centre counties.

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published a notice in the October 2 PA Bulletin summarizing actions taken at the September 17 business meeting.
