The Environmental Quality Board published formal notice in the December 4 PA Bulletin of its acceptance of rulemaking petitions to increase the bonding amounts for conventional and unconventional oil and gas wells.  (page 7471)

The Delaware River Basin Commission published notice in the December 4 PA Bulletin on its extension of the public comment period on proposed rules regulating wastewater from fracking operations. (page 7471)
