Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin-- The Environmental Quality Board is inviting comments on a proposed regulation change delisting sludge filter cake as a hazardous waste that is derived from liquid wastes managed by MAX Environmental Technologies at their Bulger waste facility in Washington County and the Yukon waste facility in Westmoreland County.
