Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin--

The Environmental Quality Board published proposed regulations for comment in the January 15 PA Bulletin setting NPDES Water Quality Compliance Schedules (page 361).  Virtual hearing set for February 16.  Public comments due March 1. See October EQB meeting for more background.

The Environmental Quality Board published proposed regulations for comment in the January 15 PA Bulletin establishing Municipal Waste Rural Transfer Facility Permit-By-Rule (page 363).  Public comments due February 14.  See November EQB meeting for more background.

The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting public comments on a new proposed General Permit covering facilities that process and beneficially reuse oil and gas liquid wastes for no more than 180 consecutive days [WMGR163].  (formal notice)
