Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin--

On February 12, the Public Utility Commission published notice in the PA Bulletin inviting comments on a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding regulations related to the pipeline transport of petroleum products and hazardous liquids in intrastate commerce – seeking public comment on proposed amendments to existing regulations along with the addition of new regulations.  Read more here.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 12 PA Bulletin proposing to deny an NPDES permit for a 20MW solar energy facility to be installed by Erie Solar, LLC in Girard Township, Erie County (PA Bulletin, page 1068).  Read more here.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 12 PA Bulletin proposing 2022 Ozone Season Nitrogen Oxide Emission Limits for Nonelectric Generating Units.  Comments due February 28.

The Department of Labor & Industry published notice in the February 12 PA Bulletin amending the state’s Uniform Construction Code, to among other changes, incorporate provisions from the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the February 12 PA Bulletin proposing changes to the Classification of Wild Trout Streams and List of Class A Wild Trout Waters.
