Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin-- The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the March 26 PA Bulletin of final regulations revising Stage I & II VOC emission controls at service stations. The Governor’s Office published notice in the March 26 PA Bulletin of an updated agency-by-agency agenda of regulations in development and an estimated schedule for future actions. (PA Bulletin, page 1930) The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the March 26 PA Bulletin on projects approved for consumptive uses of water and projects approved for minor modification in February. Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 92 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the March 26 PA Bulletin - pages 1748 to 1840.
