Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin-- DEP’s Northwest Regional Office published notice in the April 16 PA Bulletin that it has disapproved the Land Recycling Program Risk Assessment Report on soil contamination at the ARG Refinery site at 77 Kendall Ave., Bradford, McKean County. The report is intended to document remediation of the site to meet the site-specific standard. (PA Bulletin, pages 2271 and 2273) The Game Commission formally published notice in the April 16 PA Bulletin of changes in Chronic Wasting Disease Management Areas (PA Bulletin, page 2320). Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 65 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the April 16 PA Bulletin - pages 2227 to 2292.
