Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the latest PA Bulletin--

The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 4 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the proposed FY 2022 Clean Water and Drinking Water federal Revolving Funds Intended Use Plans.  Read more here.

The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled voting meetings and a hearing on elements to be added to the State Water Plan for the Delaware, Great Lakes and Ohio River regions.  The meetings and hearing will be held--

-- June 23-- DEP Great Lakes Regional Water Resources Committee voting meeting. (formal notice)

-- July 12--  DEP Delaware Regional Water Resources Committee voting meeting. (formal notice)

-- July 14-- DEP Ohio Regional Water Resources Committee voting meeting + hearing to receive comments on proposed Back Creek Critical Area Resources Plan. (formal notice)
