DEP Holds Aug. 14 Hearing On Changes To Brunner Island Power Plant Air Quality Permit, York County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites public comment on proposed changes to the Air Quality Permit for the Brunner Island Power Plant and will hold a hearing on the permit changes August 14.  (PA Bulletin, page 3867)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Ave. in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.

Individuals who wish to observe or present testimony must contact John Repetz at 717-705-4904 or jrepetz@pa.gov  a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the hearing to reserve a time to present testimony.
