The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the August 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed regulation increasing Radiological Health Fees.

The Environmental Hearing Board published notice in the August 27 PA Bulletin of the PennFuture, Brodhead Watershed Association appeal of DEP’s issuance of a permit for the Swiftwater Solar Energy Facility in Monroe County.  Read more here.

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is inviting public comments on proposed changes to the Pennsylvania Native Wild Plant List to protect plants that are extirpated, endangered, threatened or rare. Read more here.
