DEP Sets Oct. 4 Hearing On Brunner Island Power Plant Title V Air Quality Permit Located In York County

The Department of Environmental Protection is scheduled to hold a hearing October 4 on proposed changes to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Brunner Island Power Plant in East Manchester Township, York County. (PA Bulletin, page 5535)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m..

Individuals who wish to observe or present testimony must contact John Repetz at 717-705-4904 or jrepetz@pa.gov  a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the hearing to reserve a time to present testimony. 

Public comments due October 14.  Questions should be directed to Tom Bianca, P.E., Environmental Engineering Manager, at tbianca@pa.gov.
