DEP Still Accepting Applications For Alternative Fuel Vehicle Rebates

The Department of Environmental Protection announced it is still accepting applications for Alternative Fuel Vehicle Rebates(formal notice)

To qualify for the rebate, the AFV must be registered in this Commonwealth. The rebate will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which applications are received.

The Program will run through the end of June 2023, or until at least 1,000 rebates have been awarded or funding has been expended. The Program can be reassessed or changed at any time.

To help bridge the gap in affordability of AFVs to Commonwealth residents, the Program will be limited to providing rebates to qualifying Commonwealth residents.

Commonwealth residents whose total household income is equal to or below 400% of the Federal Income Poverty level, as defined by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, will be eligible for the rebate.

Rebates are available for--
