Bills Introduced

Prohibits Use Of Herbicides On Public Grounds: House Bill 2789 (Parker-D-Philadelphia) prohibiting the use of synthetic herbicides on public grounds (sponsor summary).

State Payment Of Stormwater Fees: Sen. John DiSanto (R-Cumberland) circulated a co-sponsor memo announcing the introduction of legislation to require state government to pay municipal stormwater Management Fees.
