The following DEP notices were published in the September 24 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- Chesapeake Appalachia LLC - Arnold Centralized Fluid Processing Facility submitted Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling production wastewater in Asylum Twp., Bradford County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6094)

-- Coterra Energy, Inc. - S. Biniewicz Well Pad I submitted Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling production wastewater in Gibson Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6095)

-- National Fuel Gas Supply - Lamont Compressor Station application received for Air Quality Permit in Jones Twp., Elk County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6069)

-- National Fuel Gas Supply - Bowen Compressor Station application received for Air Quality Permit in Highland Twp., Elk County. (PA Bulletin, page 6069)

-- Laurel Mountain Midstream Operating, LLC - Brown Compressor Station was issued an Air Quality Permit in Greene Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6097)
