Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the September 24 PA Bulletin--

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice in the September 24 PA Bulletin inviting stakeholders to participate in a workgroup considering changes to the NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)  - PAG-13. DEP also gave notice it is extending the existing permit for 24 months to March 15, 2025.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published these notices in the September 24 PA Bulletin--

-- Notice of grandfathered water withdrawal sources registrations

-- Notice of consumptive uses of water approved in August

-- Notice of minor modification to consumptive water uses in July
