DEP Approves Permits For Transcontinental Gas Regional Energy Access Expansion Pipeline Project in Luzerne, Northampton, Bucks, Chester, Monroe Counties

On February 3, DEP issued Chapter 102 and 105 permits for the Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC Regional Energy Access Expansion Natural Gas Pipeline Project.  (PA Bulletin, page 1009)

The applicant is proposing the installation and mainte-nance of an approximately 22.2-miles-long, 30-inches diameter pipeline, an approximately 13.8-miles-long, 42-inch diameter pipeline, and appurtenant facilities in various municipalities within Luzerne, Northampton, Bucks, Chester, and Monroe for the purpose of transporting natural gas.
