-- The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the February 18 PA Bulletin correcting the final regulation setting a drinking water Maximum Contaminant Level for certain PFAS ‘forever chemical’ compounds.

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - Feb. 18  [PaEN]

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 18 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load water quality plan for Indian Run in Lancaster County. (PA Bulletin, page 1008)

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the February 18 PA Bulletin announcing it has approved Chapter 102 and 105 permit applications for the Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC Regional Energy Access Expansion Project. Read more here.  (PA Bulletin, page 1009)

-- The Governor’s Office formally published Executive Order 2023-07 related to Building Efficiency In The Commonwealth’s Permitting, Licensing and Certification Processes in the February 18 PA Bulletin.

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission Executive Director in January gave his approval to 38 water use permits for individual shale gas well drilling pads in Bradford, Clearfield, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming counties.  Read more here.
