The following DEP notices were published in the February 25 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments. Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups -- CNX Gas Company LLC - GH5 Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report related to remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc in Center Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 1106) Air Quality Permit -- PBF Logistics - Petroleum Storage Tanks: Philadelphia Air Management Services intents to issue a Title V Air Quality operating permit for the facility located in the City of Philadelphia. (PA Bulletin, page 1107) -- Pennsylvania State University - Natural Gas-Fired West Campus Steam Plant: DEP issued revised Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility in State College, Centre County. (PA Bulletin, page 1107) -- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage Inc.- JB Tonkin Compressor Station: DEP issued a State Only Air Quality Permit for the facility in Murrysville Borough, Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 1109) Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits -- Apex Energy PA LLC - DEP issued a Chapter 105 permit for a facility impacting Bushy Run in Penn Twp., Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 1097) -- Williams Field Services Company LLC - 10-Inch Natural Gas Pipeline: DEP issued a Chapter 105 permit for a pipeline project in Bridgewater Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 1110) Erosion & Sedimentation Permits -- Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC - DEP issued a Chapter 102 permit for a facility impacting Deer Lick Creek in Rush Twp., Susquehanna County.
