DEP Invites Comments On Proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Water Quality Plan For Johnston Run, Franklin County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load water quality plan for Johnston Run Watershed in Franklin County.  (April 8 PA Bulletin, page 2016)

The water quality impairments addressed by this document were caused by excessive siltation from: agriculture, grazing in riparian zones, and urban runoff/storm sewers sources.
