The Audubon Society of Western PA and the Buffalo Creek Coalition will host a Workshop on Grants and Funding May 9 at the Buffalo Creek Nature Park in Sarver, Butler County from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.

Municipal officials, staff, and engineers are invited to this free workshop focused on grants and funding.

The agenda includes a discussion of--

-- Buffalo Creek Watershed and Important Bird Area Updates

-- Water Resources Funding Overview

-- Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Roads Program, Armstrong Conservation District

-- Growing Greener Grant Program

This workshop is offered free of cost by the Buffalo Creek Coalition and Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania, with financial assistance provided by DCNR and DEP through the Environmental Stewardship [Growing Greener] Fund and the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds.

The workshop is being offered in-person, but remote access information will also be provided to all workshop registrants.
