EPA Region 3 Hosts 2023 Virtual Summit May 17 - Investing For A Healthy, Sustainable Future

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Mid-Atlantic Region will convene a May 17 virtual summit of federal, state, Tribal, and local partners to showcase the collective work and innovative practices that are addressing 21st century environmental and public health challenges impacting the communities we serve. The agenda will feature Adam Ortiz, EPA Region 3 Administrator, an overview of the EPA Mid-Atlantic priorities, and concurrent tracks with presentations from EPA, state and local government, Tribes, academia, and community-based organizations. Sessions will feature engaging dialogue and presentations with thought-leaders and forward-leaning implementers who are helping to deliver environmental and public health programs and services to the Mid-Atlantic communities. The Summit is free and open to the public. The intended audience is communities, non-governmental organizations, Tribes, academia, and federal, state, and local government in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia).
