The following DEP notices were published in the May 13 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments. (PA Bulletin, page 2644) Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits -- U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service - Loyalsock Creek Restoration Project: DEP invites comments on a portion of the Loyalsock Creek Restoration Project near the Lycoming College Biology Field Station and a shale gas drilling water withdrawal point approved by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, one of four on the Loyalsock Creek.
