PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - May 20

The following DEP notices were published in the May 20 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- EQT Corp. - Brova Well Pad: DEP received a Notice of Intent to Remediate soil and groundwater impacted by production wastewater in North Bethlehem Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 2771)

-- EQT ARO LLC - Elbow Fish & Game Club Pad A: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with triethylene glycol for the facility located in Cogan House Twp., Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 2793)
