-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 8 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a draft technical guidance document-- Guidelines for the Development and Implementation of Oil and Gas Well Site Integrated Contingency Plans for Unconventional Well Sites [DEP ID: 800-2200-001].  Read more here.

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - July 8; New Brownfield Cleanups Increase  [PaEN] 

-- The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on proposed RACT 3 revisions to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Artemas Natural Gas Compressor Station operated by the Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC in Mann Township, Bedford County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3604)

A public hearing has been scheduled for August 23 at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office at 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 2:30 p.m.  Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on proposed RACT 3 revisions to the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Standard Steel LLC Burnham Facility in Burnham Borough, Mifflin County. (PA Bulletin, page 3605)

A public hearing has been scheduled for August 23 at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office at 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 11:30 a.m.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a proposed settlement with parties to the Ambler Asbestos Piles Superfund Site in Ambler Borough and Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County under the state Hazardous Sites Cleanup Program. The deadline for comments is September 6.  (PA Bulletin, page 3635) 

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the July 8 PA Bulletin of actions taken during its June 15, 2023 meeting.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 8 PA Bulletin announcing the award of an Act 101 Waste Planning Grant to Clarion County - $53,600.
