SRBC Water Withdrawal Requests The Susquehanna River Basin Commission is scheduled to hold an August 10 hearing on proposed water withdrawal requests, including eight related to shale gas drilling operations and 1 in the Exceptional Value Loyalsock Creek in Lycoming County.
