Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the July 22 PA Bulletin-- -- The Governor’s Office published notice in the July 22 PA Bulletin an updated Regulatory Agenda listing regulations under development by each state agency is now available. -- The Environmental Quality Board canceled the August 8 meeting. The next scheduled meeting is September 12. (PA Bulletin, page 3905) -- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - July 22 [PaEN] -- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the July 22 PA Bulletin of an August 10 hearing on proposed water withdrawal requests, including eight related to shale gas drilling and 1 in the Exceptional Value Loyalsock Watershed in Lycoming County. Read more here. -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 22 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed RACT 2 and 3 Air Quality Plans for the coal-fired Montour, LLC Steam Electric Station in Derry Township, Montour County. A public hearing will be held August 18, if requested. (PA Bulletin, page 3902) -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 22 PA Bulletin announcing changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities in Pennsylvania. (PA Bulletin, page 3900) -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 22 PA Bulletin announcing Supersonic, Inc. is prohibited from selling electronic devices in Pennsylvania due to non-compliance with the Covered Device Recycling Act. (PA Bulletin, page 3901) -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the July 22 PA Bulletin related to municipal waste issues-- -- Announcing the approval of the Northumberland County Municipal Waste Plan revision. (PA Bulletin, page 3901) -- Announcing a solicitation for proposals for municipal waste disposal capacity by the Monroe County Municipal Waste Management Authority. (PA Bulletin, page 3904) -- Announcing a solicitation for proposals for municipal waste disposal capacity by the Berks County Solid Waste Authority.
