The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments at a September 19 public meeting and hearing on the expansion of the Marcus Hook Terminal’s ethane chilling capacity in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County. (PA Bulletin, page 4456)
The meeting/hearing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Ballrooms at Boothwyn, 1405 Meetinghouse Road, Boothwyn, PA 19061.
The public meeting will provide a brief explanation of the project with an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the program.
Following the meeting, the public hearing will be held to receive oral and written testimony regarding DEP’s intent to issue Air Quality Plan Approval.
Persons wishing to present testimony at the hearing should contact Ms. Stephanie Berardi, Regional Communications Manager, at sberardi@pa.gov or 484-250-5808. Individuals should register in advance to present testimony the day of the hearing.
