DEP Extends Water Quality Data Submission Deadline For Brodhead Creek, Monroe County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 12 PA Bulletin extending the submission period for water quality data on the proposed redesignation of Brodhead Creek in Monroe County.  The new deadline is September 5.

The evaluation of Brodhead Creek is being conducted in response to a rulemaking petition submitted to the Environmental Quality Board by the Brodhead Watershed Association and accepted on November 15, 2022.

Copies of the report is available on DEP’s eComment webpage.
