The following DEP notices were published in the August 26 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Susquehanna River Basin Commission

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the August 26 PA Bulletin the Executive Director gave his approval to 25 water use permits for individual shale gas well drilling pads in Bradford, Cameron, Centre, Lycoming, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga counties. Read more here.

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the August 26 PA Bulletin it will hold its next business meeting on September 14 in Harrisburg.  On its tentative agenda is consideration of its FY 2025 budget, a climate change resolution and water withdrawal requests, including eight shale gas drilling operations-- 1 in Exceptional Value Loyalsock Creek.  Read more here.

-- Mountain Gathering LLC - Natural Gas Compressor Station: DEP invites comments on renewal of State Only Air Quality permit for the facility located in Forward Twp., Butler County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5308)

-- Superior Midstream Appalachian, LLC - Natural Gas Dehydration Station: DEP approved an Air Quality Plan Approval for compressors and other sources of air pollution at the station located in Snow Shoe Twp., Centre County. (PA Bulletin, page 5330)

-- Coterra Energy, Inc. - Rag Apple LLC Shale Gas Well Pad 1: DEP approved an Air Quality Plan Approval for compressors and other sources of air pollution at the well pad located in Jessup Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5330)

-- SWN Production Company, LLC - RU-75 State Game Lands A Shale Gas Pad: DEP approved an Air Quality Plan Approval for compressors and other sources of air pollution at the well pad located in New Milford Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 5330)

-- EXCO Appalachia Midstream, LLC - Pipeline Project: DEP approved an Air Quality Plan Approval for compressors, storage tanks, pigging operations and other sources of air pollution at the facility located in Kittanning and Plumcreek Townships, Armstrong County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5330)

-- United Refining Company - 5.1 Million Gallon Petroleum Storage Tank: DEP issued a Site-Specific Storage Tank permit for the tank located in Warren, Warren County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5338)
