The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold its next business meeting on September 14 in Harrisburg. On its tentative agenda is consideration of its FY 2025 budget, a climate change resolution and water withdrawal requests, including eight shale gas drilling operations-- 1 in Exceptional Value Loyalsock Creek.
The shale gas development-related projects may include--

-- Project Sponsor and Facility: EQT ARO, LLC (Pine Creek), McHenry Township, Lycoming County, PA. Application for renewal of surface water withdrawal of up to 0.499 mgd (peak day) (Docket No. 20180901).
-- Project Sponsor and Facility: Inflection Energy (PA), LLC (Loyalsock Creek - Exceptional Value Watershed), Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, PA. Application for renewal of surface water withdrawal of up to 1.700 mgd (peak day) (Docket No. 20221214).
