The following DEP notices were published in the September 2 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Repsol Oil & Gas USA, LLC - Warner Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater at the well pad located in Rush Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 5565)

Waste Permits

-- Waste Management Disposal Service - Landfill Gas Collection: DEP invites comments on a waste permit authorizing the collection of landfill gas at the G.R.O.W.S. North Landfill and transmission to the off-site Fairless Renewable Natural Gas Plan in Falls Twp., Bucks County. (PA Bulletin, page 5543)

Air Quality Permits

-- Greentree Landfill LLC: DEP invites comments on re-issuing a Title V Air Quality Permit for air pollution sources, including a landfill gas flaring system, at the landfill located in Fox Twp., Elk County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5545)

-- MIPC LLC - Chelsea Tank Farm: DEP invites comments on renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for a pipeline breakout station for refined petroleum products located in Upper Chichester Twp., Delaware County. (PA Bulletin, page 5545)

-- Dresser Pipeline Solutions - McKean: DEP invites comments on renewal of State Only Air Quality Permit for pipeline couplings and joining device manufacturing facility located in City of Gradford, McKean County. (PA Bulletin, page 5546)

-- EQT ARO, LLC - Vargo Compressor Station: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval for a variety of air pollution sources at the compressor station, pigging operations, for the facility located in Cascade Twp., Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 5566)

-- National Fuel Case Midstream Trout Run, LLC - Bodine Compressor Station: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval for a variety of air pollution sources at the compressor station, including pigging operations, for the facility located in McIntyre Twp., Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 5567)

-- Waste Management - GROWS Landfill Enclosed Flare: DEP extended temporary shakedown period for the flare system for landfill gas for the facility located in Falls Twp., Bucks County. (PA Bulletin, page 5567)

-- Laurel Mountain Midstream Operating, LLC - Herminie Compressor Station: DEP extended Plan Approval issuance date to all more time for the applicant to prepare and submit an Air Quality Operating permit for the facility located in West Newton Borough, Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 5568)

-- Marcus Hook Energy LP - Natural Gas-Fired 750 MW Power Plant: DEP issued modified Title V Air Quality Permit to meet RACT requirements for the facility located in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County. (PA Bulletin, page 5570)

-- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage Inc. - Crayne Compressor Station: DEP amended the State Only Air Quality Permit covering multiple air pollution sources for the facility located in Franklin Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5570)

Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits

-- CNX Gas Company, LLC - Water Intakes At Beaver Run Reservoir: DEP invites comments on a Chapter 105 permit for construction of water intakes at Beaver Run Reservoir impacing High Quality Beaver Run and the Reservoir located in Washington Twp., Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 5550)
