The following DEP notices were published in the October 28 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments. Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups -- Buckeye Partners, LP - Bear Creek Pipeline Release: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with gasoline from a pipeline gravitometer for a facility located in Bear Creek Twp., Luzerne County. (PA Bulletin, page 6765) -- CNX Gas Company, LLC - NV 36HS Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc for the well pad located in South Franklin Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 6740) Air Quality Permits -- Coterra Energy, Inc. - Pennay G Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval covering multiple sources of air pollution, including compressors, pigging operations, at the well pad located in Brooklyn Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 6768) -- Apex WML Midstream, LLC - Graham Sale Gas Well Pad: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval covering multiple sources of air pollution, including compressors, dehydrators, storage tanks, at the well pad located in Hempfield Twp., Westmoreland County. (PA Bulletin, page 6768) -- Texas Eastern Transmission LP - Holbrook Compressor Station: DEP issued an extension of the Air Quality Plan Approval to April 28, 2024 for the facility located in Richhill Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 6769) -- MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources, LLC - Harmon Creek Natural Gas Processing Plant: DEP authorized continued temporary operation of air contamination sources and controls at the facility located in Smith Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 6769) -- Hamilton Liberty LLC - Natural Gas Power Plant: DEP issued a renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Asylum Twp., Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 6769) -- Elkhorn Gas Processing LLC/Roystone - Natural Gas Processing Facility: DEP issued a renewal for a State Only Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Sheffield Twp., Warren County. Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP invites comments on a Chapter 105/Section 401 permit applications for a shale gas well pad expansion project impacting wetlands located in Gibson Twp., Susquehanna County.
