The Buffalo Creek Coalition and Audubon Society of Western PA will host a One Day Hybrid Summit December 7 focused on local challenges and shared solutions for improving communities, water quality, and habitat in Butler and Armstrong counties from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..
Topics to be discussed at the Summit will include green stormwater infrastructure, invasive species, water quality, bird-friendly communities, funding, and more.
Funding for this program was provided by the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Department of Environmental Protection’s Environmental Stewardship [Growing Greener] Fund.
Participants can attend online or in person at Buffalo Creek Nature Park, located at 154 Monroe Road, Sarver, PA 16055. Discounted cost to attend is $20, which includes a full day of programming plus breakfast and lunch.
