DEP To Hold Nov. 21 Informal Conference To Accept Comments On Revisions To Rosebud Mining Subsidence Control Plan For The Mine 78 In Cambria, Somerset Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold an informal public conference November 21 on a Rosebud Mining Company application to revise a Subsidence Control Plan for Mine 78 No. 3 Mine in Paint Township and Windber Borough, Somerset County and Adams and Richland Townships, Cambria County adding 1,041 acres.  (PA Bulletin page 6779)

The informal public conference will be held at the Windber Grand Ballroom, 160 Rec Road, Windber in Somerset County from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
