Nov. 13 Hearing On Proposed Changes To Delaware River Basin Commission Rules Of Practice And Procedure

The Delaware River Basin Commission has scheduled a November 13 hearing on proposed changes to the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.  (formal notice)

The Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedures outlines the process for considering water withdrawal projects and changes to the Commission’s Water Resources Program.

A notice published in the October 28 PA Bulletin provides a summary of the changes and the changes to the language being proposed.

The hearing will be held via Zoom in two sessions-- 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 to 9 p.m.
