DEP Invites Comments On Renewal Of Danco Industries Petroleum Contaminated Wastewater Treatment Facility In Venango County

The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on the renewal of a residual waste processing permit for the Danco Industries, Inc. facility in Barkeyville Boro, Venango County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7202)

The residual waste processing permit is for a processing, recycling and disposal facility for various used and contaminated wastewaters, including petroleum contaminated wastewaters from various commercial and industrial sources determined to be not hazardous waste.

Public comments must be submitted within 60 days of this notice and may recommend revisions to, and approval or denial of the application.
