DCNR Begins Accepting Community Conservation Partnership Grant Applications Jan. 16; Snowmobile/ATV Grants Feb. 1

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will begin accepting Community Conservation Partnership Grant applications on January 16. The deadline to submit applications is April 3. Community Conservation Partnerships Grants can Fund Planning, acquisition, and development of public parks; Recreation areas; Motorized and non-motorized trails; River conservation and access; Conservation of open space; and Community and watershed forestry projects. Eligible applicants include: Counties; Municipalities; Municipal agencies; Nonprofit organizations; State Heritage Areas; Prequalified land trusts; and For-profit enterprises (for some grant types).
