NRCS-PA Pennsylvania State Technical Advisory Meeting Jan. 18

The Natural Resources Conservation Service-PA State Technical Advisory Committee will meet January 18 from 1:00 and 3:00  p.m.

The agenda includes a Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) presentation regarding implementing a strategy to rapidly restore ag-impaired streams in Central Pennsylvania, and technical reports from NRCS Engineering and Eco-Sciences.

In addition, there will be updates provided by Program staff regarding PA NRCS financial assistance programs.

Following programs, there will be a partnership and easements report filled with partnership, outreach, and Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) updates. The meeting will conclude with requested input from committee members and attendees about topics for future meetings.

Public participation is welcome for all state technical committee meetings.

The meeting will be conducted both in-person at the NRCS state office at 359 East Park Drive, Suite 2 in Harrisburg and remotely via Microsoft Teams Internet conferencing.
