The following notices were published in the January 20 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the January 20 PA Bulletin it is scheduled to hold a February 1 hearing on water withdrawal requests-- including eight related to shale gas drilling-- to be considered at the Commission’s March 14 business meeting.  Read more here.

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the January 20 PA Bulletin its Executive Director gave his approval to 25 water use permits for individual shale gas well drilling pads in Bradford, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming counties.   Read more here.

-- NFG Midstream Covington, LLC - Compressor Station: DEP received and is reviewing a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater to Statewide Health Standards at a site located in Sullivan Twp., Tioga County.  (PA Bulletin, page 265)

-- EQT ARO, LLC - DCNR Tract 551 Shale Gas Pad A: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater from a leak in the gas production unit to meet the Statewide Health Standards for the pad located in McIntyre Twp. Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 266)

-- Diversified Production, LLC - Conventional Gas Well: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater to Statewide Health and Background Standards for the well located in Greenwood Twp., Clearfield County. (PA Bulletin, page 266)

-- Coterra Energy Inc. - J.Reilly Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil and groundwater contaminated by production wastewater to Statewide Health Standards for the pad located in Gibson Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 266)

-- CES Biogas, LLC - Landfill Gas Facility DEP issued a WMGM055 General Permit for a landfill gas facility located in Foster Twp., Schuylkill County. (PA Bulletin, page 267)

-- CNX Gas Company, LLC - MOR-10 Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP issued an Air Quality permit for the operation of 10 shale gas wells and other sources of air pollution at the well pad located in Morris Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 268)

-- Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC - Compressor Station 520: DEP issued a RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Mifflin Twp., Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 268)
