-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - March 23  [PaEN]

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 23 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a draft strategy for prioritizing the development of Total Maximum Daily Load Plans for impaired watersheds from 2024 to 2032.  Read more here.

-- The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the March 23 PA Bulletin announcing it has accepted a rulemaking petition for review from Consol PA Coal  Company involving Fletcher Run in Greene County.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 23 PA Bulletin it will hold a hearing April 23 on a proposed Title V Air Quality Permit for the Jessop Steel LLC plant in Canton Twp., Washington County.  The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office starting at 9:30 a.m.  (PA Bulletin, page 1592Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 23 PA Bulletin announcing it will hold a hearing April 29 on an individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for the Arcadia Development Corporation proposed industrial project located in Hanover Township, Northampton County. The project discharges into Monocacy Creek, a High Quality stream.  The hearing will be held at the Bethlehem School District Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem starting at 6:00 p.m. (PA Bulletin, page 1632Read more here

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 23 PA Bulletin announced it will hold a hearing May 2 on an individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for the Maiden Creek Associates, LP warehouse project in Maidencreek Township, Berks County.    The public has expressed concerns the project could impact Peters Creek, Lake Ontelaunee and the City of Reading’s water supply.  The hearing will be held at the Maidencreek Township Building in Blandon starting at 6:00 p.m. (PA Bulletin, page 1633Read more here.
