Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the March 30 PA Bulletin-- -- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - March 30 [PaEN] -- PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and DEP published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin inviting comments on environmental assessments related to projects eligible for funding in Allegheny, Blair, Indiana, Luzerne, Montour, Northampton, Philadelphia, Schuylkill and York counties. -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a federal consistency determination under the Coastal Zone Management Act for maintenance dredging at the Frankford Marine Terminal on the Delaware River in Philadelphia. -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed NPDES Stormwater Permit for the Core5 Industrial Partners warehouse project in Lowhill Twp., Lehigh County. (PA Bulletin, page 1717) -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin it has issued a revised Air Quality RACT 2 permit for the Keystone-Conemaugh Projects, LLC Keystone Station Power Plant in Plumcreek Twp., Armstrong County to meet federal Regional Haze requirements. It includes a provision the facility no longer burn coal after December 31, 2028. It includes a provision the facility no longer burn coal after December 31, 2028. It includes a provision the facility no longer burn coal after June 30, 2023. The notice also advertised a March 19 hearing (which obviously passed). Bid Opportunity -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin of an opportunity to bid on an abandoned mine reclamation project in Brady Township, Butler County. -- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 30 PA Bulletin of an opportunity for landowners and/or licensed mine operators to claim 203.5 acres of abandoned mine land in Shade Township, Somerset County under Act 181.
