Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the April 20 PA Bulletin--

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - April 20 [PaEN]

-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin announcing a May 2 hearing on water use requests, including seven shale gas drilling-related requests in Lycoming, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming counties.     Comments are due May 13. The requests are scheduled to be considered at the SRBC’s June 13 business meeting.  Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin inviting comments on changes to its technical guidance for the review of wastewater and drinking water projects to be funded by the federal State Revolving Loan/Grant Program. The guidance incorporates flood hazard reviews of these projects related to climate change.  Comments are due May 20.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin inviting comments on five draft stream evaluation reports for watersheds located in Chester, Fulton, Greene, Lancaster, Lycoming and Sullivan counties, including Loyalsock Creek.  Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin of the final Nonelectric Generating Unit 2024 Ozone Season Nitrogen Oxide Emission Limits.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an individual NPDES stormwater permit for the Bi-Diamond LLC/Ampliform LLC 127 acre solar energy facility impacting Polecat Run and the Frankstown Branch Juniata River located in Greenfield Twp., Blair County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2121)

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an individual NPDES stormwater permit for the Walden Solar PA Jefferson, LLC 814 acre solar energy facility impacting Mill Creek, Laurel Run and Fivemile Run located in Pine Creek and Warsaw Townships, Jefferson County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2123)

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin announcing its intent to deny an individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for the Edison View Partners, LLC  206 home development in Washington Twp., Berks County. (PA Bulletin, page 2167)

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin announcing a June 10 hearing on the RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Pixelle Specialty Solutions, LLC paper making plant in Spring Grove Borough, York County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2128)   Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the April 20 PA Bulletin announcing it will begin accepting applications for Growing Greener Plus Watershed Restoration Grants and EPA Section 319 Watershed Restoration Grants on April 22.  Applications are due June 21.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 20 PA Bulletin announcing the award of a $14,120 Household Hazardous Waste Education Grant To Clinton County.
