DEP Invites Comments On Hazardous Sites Cleanup Consent Order For Berkley Products Company Plant Site In Lancaster County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 25 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a consent order and agreement covering the Berkley Products Company Plant Site in Akron Borough and West Earl Township, Lancaster County. (PA Bulletin, page 2888)

The agreement involves the sale of the property with Delynn Properties LLC and Lanco Concrete Supply LLC.

Historically the Berkley Site was used for the manufacturing of paints/coatings and reprocessing of solvents.
